"ซื้อเรือเหาะ 350 ล้าน ปราบโจรใต้! ภาค 2" //www.bloggang.com/mainblog.php?id=skyman&month=17-06-2009&group=2&gblog=140 .. วันนี้มีภาพเจ้าเรือเหาะลำนี้มาให้ชมกันครับ โดยเป็นภาพของคุณ MoonZz ที่โพสไว้ ณ เว็บ Thaiflight.com ซึ่งผมขออนุญาตคุณ MoonZz นำมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของบทความและได้รับการอนุญาตแล้ว ขอขอบคุณคุณ MoonZz ไว้ ณ ที่นี่ด้วยครับ (สื่อท่านใด จะนำภาพไปลง กรุณาขออนุญาตเจ้าของภาพด้วยนะครับ) อย่างที่ทราบกันดีว่า กองทัพบกขออนุมัติงบประมาณจำนวน 350 ล้านในการจัดหาระบบเรือเหาะ (Airship) เพื่อใช้ตรวจการณ์ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้เมื่อหลายเดือนก่อนครับ Aeros 40D Sky Dragon เริ่มทำการบินครั้งแรกในปี 2008 ครับ และได้ใบรับรองจาก FAA ของสหรัฐ กองทัพบกไทยน่าจะเป็นลูกค้าที่เป็นกองทัพรายแรก ๆ ของ Sky Dargon นี้ โดยในเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทกล่าวว่าลูกค้าที่ต้องการจัดหาไปใช้ในการลาดตระเวนสามารถใช้ประโยชน์จากความเงียบของตัวเรือเหาะและการที่เรด้าร์ตรวจจับตัวเรือเหาะได้ยากเนื่องจากตัวเรือเหาะทำมาจากผ้าใบ และมีระบบสื่อสารที่สามารถสื่อสารกับหน่วยข้างเคียงเช่นเฮลิคอปเตอร์ เรือรบ หรือหน่วยภาคพื้นดินได้หลายหน่วยด้วยการส่งข้อมูลในเวลาจริง (Real time) Sky Dargon มีความยาว 46.6 เมตร ทำความเร็วสูงสุดได้ 82 กิโลเมตรต่อชั่วโมง ความสูงสูงสุดที่ปฏิบัติการได้คือ 3,048 เมตร (10,000 ฟุต) อยู่บนอากาศได้นานที่สุด 24 ชั่วโมง และถ้าบินเดินทางด้วยความเร็วสูงสุดมีพิสัยปฏิบัติการ 563 กิโลเมตร ระยะเวลาบิน 6.5 ชั่วโมง ตัวเรือเหาะใช้เครื่องยนต์ Continental IO-240B ซึ่งมีใบพัดแบบ 3 กลีบ 2 ชุดที่ออกแบบมาให้ลดเสียงดัง สามารถทำการบินด้วยนักบินคนเดียวได้ และมีห้องโดยสารที่จุผู้โดยสารได้ 4 - 5 คนครับ นอกนั้นยังไม่มีข้อมูลเรื่องระบบสื่อสารและการปรับปรุงระบบตรวจการณ์ของเฮลิคอปเตอร์ที่อยู่ในสัญญาด้วยครับ อีกไม่นานมันก็จะถูกนำไปปฏิบัติการในสามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้แล้ว ซึ่งสักพักก็น่าจะมีข้อมูลออกมาว่าประสิทธิภาพของการใช้เรือเหาะนี้จะส่งผลในแง่บวกหรือลบต่อการใช้งานในการตรวจการณ์ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้ได้อย่างไร แต่ส่วนตัวผมพูดเหมือนสองบทความที่ผ่านมาว่า ยังไม่มั่นใจว่าการใช้เรือเหาะจะเป็นไอเดียที่ดีหรือไม่ เพราะเคยแสดงความคิดเห็นไปตั้งแต่ต้นแล้วว่า ภูมิประเทศของสามจังหวัดชายแดนใต้นั้นเป็นป่าทึบซึ่งแตกต่างจากตะวันออกกลางที่จะเป็นทะเลทรายที่เปิดโล่ง อีกทั้งการก่อเหตุของผู้ก่อเหตุในสามจังหวัดภาคใต้ก็แตกต่างจากในตะวันออกกลางที่มีการใช้เรือเหาะกันแพร่หลาย กล่าวคือผู้ก่อเหตุในภาคใต้เป็นลักษณะของทหารบ้านที่ไม่ได้รวมกับเป็นกลุ่มก้อนอยู่ตามฐานทัพที่เป็นหลักแหล่งเหมือนในตะวันออกกลาง แม้ว่าระบบจะสามารถตรวจการณ์จากที่สูงซึ่งผมก็ยังยืนยันว่าด้วยความสูงแบบนั้น ยากมากที่ผู้ก่อเหตุในสามจังหวัดจะสามารถทำอันตรายต่อตัวเรือเหาะได้ แต่ลักษณะของการก่อเหตุที่เกิดขึ้นในเวลาเพียงไม่กี่นาที หรือเกิดขึ้นด้วยกลุ่มคนขนาดเล็กที่ใช้การซุ่มโจมตีซึ่งก็ใช้เวลาไม่นาน ส่วนการก่อเหตุในพื้นที่ในเมืองก็มักจะเป็นการวางระเบิดซึ่งคนทำอาจจะเป็นแค่คนหรือสองคนที่เราแทบจะแยกไม่ออกจากระบบตรวจการณ์ว่าคนไหนคือมือระเบิดถ้าไม่มีการข่าวรองรับก่อน และแม้ว่าตัวเรือเหาะจะมีระบบตรวจจับที่ดีทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน แม้แต่พื้นที่ในเมืองที่เรือเหาะน่าจะมีประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานสูงสุด ก็ไม่แน่ใจว่าจะทำให้ประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจการเพิ่มขึ้นมากขนาดไหน และคุ้มค่ากับการใช้งานเรือเหาะหรือไม่ สุดท้ายที่สุด ..... ผมยังมีคำถามว่า ทำไมกองทัพบกจึงเลือกระบบที่มีคนขับแทนที่จะเป็นระบบไร้คนขับ? .... ตรงนี้ยังไม่เข้าใจเหมือนกันครับ การใช้ระบบที่มีคน ก็ต้องเอาข้อจำกัดของคนเข้าไปใส่ด้วย คนต้องทานอาหาร ต้องเข้าห้องน้ำ มีเหนื่อยล้าบ้าง มันน่าจะทำให้ระยะเวลาที่จะปฏิบัติการในอากาศลดลงจาก 24 ชั่วโมงค่อนข้างมาก ตรงนี้ยังเป็นคำถามที่ผมสงสัยมาตั้งแต่รู้ว่าระบบนี้จะใช้คน และตามข้อมูลแล้ว ถ้าเรือเหาะของกองทัพบกลำนี้มีเลขทะเบียนการผลิต (Manufacturing Serial Number:MSN) เป็น 21 ตามที่ปรากฏอยู่ตรงแพนหางด้านท้ายจริง ก็น่าจะเป็นไปได้ที่มันจะเป็นลำต้นแบบที่บริษัทเอาไว้ทดสอบและให้ FAA ประเมินค่าเพื่อออกใบอนุญาตก่อนที่จะมาขายให้กับกองทัพบกไทย???? ถ้าซื้อตัวต้นแบบแล้วราคาที่ออกมาถูกกว่าปกติ ก็ไม่อยากว่าอะไรมากนักครับ เพราะโลกนี้ก็มีคนซื้อเครื่องต้นแบบก่อนผลิตจริงมาบินกันหลายกองทัพหรือหลายสายการบินทั้งทหารและพลเรือน แต่ถ้าราคาเท่ากับปกติหรือแพงกว่าปกติ อันนี้ก็งงแล้วล่ะครับ แต่สุดท้าย ไม่ว่ายังไงก็ตาม ผมขอรอมันพิสูจน์ตัวเองอีกครั้ง ก่อนที่จะมีข้อสรุปใด ๆ ออกมา ซึ่งถ้ามันประสบความสำเร็จ ผมก็ยินดีที่ตัวเองจะเสียหน้าที่ไม่ค่อยเห็นด้วยกับมันเท่าไหร่ เพราะมันก็จะเป็นวิธีการใหม่ ๆ ที่ใช้ในการปฏิบัติการในภาคใต้ แต่ถ้ามันไม่ประสบความสำเร็จ ผู้เกี่ยวข้องต้องคิดแล้วล่ะครับว่า ..... ทำไม? อ้างอิง Aria International Incorporated Signs Agreement with Worldwide Aeros Corp. to Acquire Airship.
