Contemporary Energy Efficient House




If money is as easy as a piece of cake then you wouldn’t mind spending thousands of dollars just to pay for the home bills right? But imagine if you can save up that thousands of dollars that for you might be a little, if you collect them in just half of the year, you can probably get yourself a bike, new cell phone or whatever you want to buy with it. We strongly agree that houses should reduce the amount of energy used. Just like this Mendoza Lane House which was designed by Lanefab.

According to the architects, “ The Mendoza Lane House is 710sf with combined living/dining/kitchen upstairs along with a balcony. It’s built on a standard 33?x122? lot and has the same footprint as the garage it replaced. The project was built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) a prefab system that allow us to create buildings that are 2x as energy efficient as typical new home in Vancouver. The windows are triple glazed, and most of the materials for the building were manufactured locally.” So how do you think of the house design or the interior design of this home? Is it better than the less energy efficient house one? If it’s the same, why pay more home bills if you can pay less.

O หรือธรรมชาติผ่านเวียน .. คอยเปลี่ยนโลก ?
ทั้งสุขโศกเร่งรุดยากหยุดไหว
หรือกำหนดยุดยื้อจากมือใด
จัดการให้แปลกแยกได้แทรกตัว
O หรือพบกันครั้งแรก, ความแตกต่าง
ถูกบ่มสร้างเหมาะควรอย่างถ้วนทั่ว
แต่ตา-รูป .. สบกัน, ที่สั่นรัว-
แรกที่หัวใจคน .. เริ่มอลเวง
O ละห้อยเห็นในยามห่างนามรูป
แต่ละวูบเนรมิตคอยพิศเพ่ง
งามทุกงามจารจรดเยี่ยงบทเพลง
พร้องบรรเลงด้วยมือช่วยยื้อยุด
O ย่อมเป็นมือสร้างเหตุแทรกเจตนา
ผ่านรูปหน้าอำนวยเข้าฉวยฉุด
ร้างไร้ความกริ่งเกรง, หากเร่งรุด
แทรกลงสุดหัวใจเพื่อไขว่คว้า
O แน่นอนว่ายากเว้น .. อยากเห็นรูป
และชั่ววูบวาบเดียวที่เหลียวหา
หวังทุกหอมรินไหลผ่านไปมา
ทั้งหางตาที่ชม้อยเหลือบคอยปราย
O โลกย่อมงามพร่างแพร้วเมื่อแผ้วผ่าน
ด้วยอ่อนหวานอ่อนโยนที่โชนฉาย
แม้นมิอาจโยกคลอนให้ผ่อนคลาย
ก็อย่าหมายโยกคลอนให้ผ่อนลง
O จะกี่ครั้งกี่ครา, ความอาวรณ์
เวียนรอบตอนจับจูงจนสูงส่ง
ด้วยรูปนามเทียบถวัลย์อย่างบรรจง
แตะแต้มลงผ่านจริตจนติดตรึง
O ความรู้สึกในอกย่อมยกตัว
หวานถ้วนทั่ว, รสประทิ่น, ถวิลถึง
เหมือนรุมล้อมหยอดย้ำลงคำนึง
ให้เสพซึ้งรสงามของ .. ความรัก
O วัฏฏจักรแห่งธรรม .. ย่อมย่ำผ่าน
เข้าขัด-คาน จับจูงความสูงศักดิ์
ของอาวรณ์หลบเร้น เพื่อเว้นวรรค
ที่เข้าทักทายทั่วทั้งหัวใจ
O หรือแท้จริงตัวตนถูกค้นพบ
การบรรจบ .. รูป-จริต แล้วพิสมัย
ปรารมภ์ของฝั่งฝ่าย .. นั้น-ฝ่ายใด
เพิ่งยอมให้เรื่องเฉลย .. ยอมเผยความ ?
