Geddes Residence By Nigel Parish
Designed by Nigel Parish from the Canadian Architectural Design Studio Splyce, the Geddes Residence is a beautiful shining home with an irregular shape and view to the ocean, built in West Vancouver and surrounded by a very carefully planned scenery. The Geddes Residence is special on the upper level where an outdoor room and a sundeck exist but also on the lower floor where open space is the main characteristic, with lovely large windows and doors. Looks very modern and comfortable, one of the best place for a family to move in.
This beautiful wooden house managed a warm intrusion in the surrounding environment, all very carefully planned and designed by the designer (Nigel Parish) .
The interiors main characteristic is the open space. The two levels of the house communicate through a steel stair. The superior level opens to an outdoor room and sundeck (plus sink and food preparation area). In natural tones of grey and beige, the Geddes residence was harmonically conceived for a family of five members in the spirit of freedom and independence.
