Coming from the South of Thailand, "Pad Sator" is one of my favorites. And the stinky smell of this crunchy "sator" has never prevented me from eating them. I do eat "sator" everyday with either "Nam Prik" or "Nam Budu". However what works best is you got to stir fry "sator" with pork belly; they are a perfect match!
