Meena, a Yoga Teacher/Reiki Master, who loves to practice Yoga, Active Meditation, Qi-gong, Thai Royal Massage, and definitely Reiki, found that Luang Prabang is suitable for practicing Yoga and Meditation, which are all parts of Wellness Lifestyle living. She began to share her Yoga practice with others in December 2007.
Yoga & Meditation sessions will be offered again from October this year (2009).

Meena said After I had experienced Yoga practice since recovering from a period of illness, I realized that my health is better, my body is more flexible, and stronger with more energy. Besides of practicing several types of Yoga, I continue practicing Yoga as Meditation.
"Slow movement with awareness. Be conscious with every movement ones make. Breathe normally."
