Never thought about finding my sweet spot in training before. What is sweet spot in training though? It is a point where you feel that it is working and you can continue doing it outside your comfort zone but not too hard that you need to push yourself too much into it. That was my feeling during the indoor riding session today. The hard parts were long enough to get my legs working and the recovery parts were solid enough to get lactic acid out of my muscle.
