Black bean puree

ส่วนผสม
ถั่วแดง 1 ถ้วย
น้ำตาล 1 ถ้วย
เกลือนิดหน่อย
น้ำเปล่า

Ingredients1 cup Black bean or red bean
1 cup Sugar
1/8tsp Salt
Water



วิธีทำ

1-นำถั่วแดงล้างน้ำและแช่น้ำข้ามคืน.
2-เทน้ำที่แช่ทิ้ง นำถั่วใส่หม้อ แล้วใส่น้ำให้ท่วม นำไปตั้งไฟ
3-รอจนเดือดแล้วลดไฟลง ปิดผาประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง
4-หรือจนพถั่วนิ่ม คอยระวังอย่าให้น้ำแห้งถ้าน้ำแห้งก็เติมน้ำลงไป
5-นำถั่วใส่เครื่องปั่น หรือใครไม่ชอบละเอียดเกินไปก็บดเองก็ได้ค่ะ
6-เทถั่วที่บดแล้วใส่ในหม้อ ตามด้วยน้ำตาล และเกลือ กวนจนแห้งค่ะ





To cook
1. Put red bean with water to cover bean for overnight
2. Take bean from a bowl and put them in a pot add water until cover bean 1’’.
3. Wait until it boiling then turns to medium heat cover the pot for 1 hour. (If water gets very dried add more water.)
*After 1 hour bean must be softly if not cook until it soft.
4. Take all been put in the blender or foodpasfoseser until become smooth.
5. Put Bean past (step 4), sugar, and salt in a pan on medium heat.
6. Slowly surt a bout 30-1 hour
7. Until get dry a gain like this picture
To check: If you touch with your finger it will not stick with.
