ทรงจิต เข้ามรรคจิต
แล้วจิตพิจารณาจิต
รู้ธรรมในจิต แล้วถนอมมรรคจิต
จงทำให้ชำนิชำนาญ

The mind thinks; the mind arises.
The mind does not think; the mind does not arise.
The mind thinks; the mind is destroyed.
The mind fabricates; the mind is destroyed.
The mind does not fabricates; the mind is not destroyed.
The mind seeks; the mind is destroyed.

The mind does not seeks; the mind is not destroyed.
The mind desires; the mind is destroyed.
The mind does not desires; the mind is not destroyed.

Abandoning all, one knows all.
Abandoning all, one gets all.
Abandoning nothing, one knows nothing.
Abandoning nothing, one gets nothing.

Keep the mind on its track,
and let the mind contemplate the mind itself.
Know the dharma in the mind
and maintain its track.
Keep doing this until you are good at it.
