Worldbridge Service also provides information through an e-mail and telephone enquiry service: if you are calling from within Italy, you can get information about how to obtain a visa by calling WorldBridges user pay phone service at 899 755 736. Trained agents will provide you with visa application information. There is a fee of 2 Euro per minute to make this call.
You can also use the pay phone service at +39 02 4070 8218. Trained agents will provide you with visa application information. There is a fee equivalent to US$14 to make this call. You can only pay for the service (using a secure, automated system) with a credit or debit card with the Visa, MasterCard or Maestro logo. All the information provided is supplied and approved by UK Border Agency. Please note that Visa enquiries sent by email to other Sections of the Embassy will not receive a reply.
Do I have to pay? Website and e-mail information is free of charge but there is a charge for using the telephone service.
Where can I get advice? Worldbridge Service and its staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should seek advice from a qualified immigration adviser. How do I submit my application? Worldbridge Service manages a Visa Application Centres in Rome where you should submit your application and your biometric fingerscans.
Who decides whether I will get a visa? Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency staff. Neither Worldbridge Service, nor any of its staff play any part in, nor can they influence the outcome of your visa application. If any member of staff employed by Worldbridge Service claim to be able to influence your application you should inform the British Embassy as soon as possible.
