If This Is a Man Poetry by Primo Levi "หากนี่คือมนุษย์" โดย พรีโม เลวี บทกวีแปลไทย "หากนี่คือมนุษย์" โดยพรีโม เลวี ท่าน ผู้ซึ่งชีวิตไร้ภยันตราย อาศัยอยู่ในเหย้าเรือนอบอุ่น ท่าน ผู้ที่กลับบ้านมาพบพาน กับข้าวร้อนๆ และใบหน้าอันเป็นมิตร วอนพินิจดูเถิด ว่าคนต่อไปนี้นับเป็นชายหรือไม่ คนที่ต้องทำงานในโคลนตม ที่ไม่รู้จักความสงบสุข ที่ต้องดิ้นรนเพื่อขนมปังก้อนหนึ่ง ที่ชีวิตต้องปลิดปลิวพราะคำว่าใช่หรือมิใช่ วอนพินิจดูเถิด ว่าคนต่อไปนี้นับเป็นหญิงหรือไม่ คนที่ถูกพรากเส้นผมแลชื่อเสียงเรียงนาม ที่ไร้กำลังวังชาจะคอยจดจำ ที่ดวงตาว่างเปล่าและมดลูกเย็นเยียบ เฉกเช่นกบในฤดูเหมันต์ พิจารณาว่านี่คือความจริงที่เกิดขึ้น โปรดจดจำถ้อยคำเหล่านี้ จารมันในหัวใจของท่าน ไม่ว่ายามนั่งอยู่บ้านหรือออกเดินบนท้องถนน ยามล้มตัวลงนอนหรือลุกขึ้นตื่น ย้ำกับบรรดาลูกหลานท่าน มิฉะนั้นขอให้บ้านท่านพังภินท์ โรคภัยรุมเร้า และลูกหลานเบือนหน้าหนี If this is a man - Primo Levi You who live safe In your warm houses, You who find, returning in the evening hot food and friendly faces: Consider whether this is a man working in the mud that knows no peace Who fights for a bread who dies for a yes or a no.
