หนังดี ดูสนุก กวาดรางวัลทุกสำนัก
ก็พอรู้มาบ้างว่าเรื่องนี้ได้รางวัล แต่ไม่คิดว่าจะมีเอี่ยวรางวัลกับเขาแทบทุกสำนัก แม้บางงานจะไม่ได้ติดไม้ติดมือกลับบ้าน แต่ก็มีชื่อได้เข้าชิงรางวัล ถือว่าไม่ธรรมดาเลย

เบสบอลที่ไม่มีเบสบอล
จะเป็นอย่างไรเมื่อผู้จัดการทีมที่มีประวัติทำทีมกีฬาได้แชมป์แล้วทีมก็ถูกยุบมา 3 ครั้ง (แฮนด์บอล, ไอซ์ฮอกกี้, มวยปล้ำ) ต้องมาบริหารจัดการทีมเบสบอลท้ายตาราง กับเจ้าของทีมที่หาทางยุบทีมที่ขาดทุนมาหลายปีอย่างสวยๆ

เห็นเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับเบสบอล ไอ่เราก็หวังจะได้ดูการแข่งเบสบอลบ้าง แต่กลายเป็นเรื่องของการบริหารจัดการทีมเบสบอล ซึ่งมันส์กว่าดูแข่งเบสบอลซะอีก ตัวหนังเล่าถึงช่วงนอกฤดูกาลแข่งขันที่สโมสรจะทำงานเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะและสถิติของตัวเอง งานหลังบ้านที่คนนอกวงการอย่างเราไม่เคยรู้มาก่อน ทำให้รู้ว่ากว่าจะออกมาเป็นทีมเบสบอลดีๆสักทีม มีคนทำงานเบื้องหลังที่เหนื่อยไม่แพ้นักกีฬาเยอะมาก

Namkoong Min; Baek Seung-Soo ตัวเอกฝ่ายชายของเรื่องเป็นเสือยิ้มยาก ถ้านับเฉพาะยิ้มแบบดีใจ จริงใจ ไม่นับยิ้มเยาะหรือแกล้งยิ้ม ทั้งเรื่องก็ไม่เกิน 10 ครั้งแน่นอน

Park Eun-Bin; Lee Se-Young ตัวเอกฝ่ายหญิงของเรื่อง (เรื่องนี้ไม่มีนางเอก) ชอบผู้หญิงคาแรคเตอร์อย่างนี้ คือแสดงพอดีๆ ไม่เยอะไป ไม่น้อยไป ไม่โวยวาย ไม่เอาจริตของผู้หญิงมาใช้ในการทำงานท่ามกลางผู้ชาย มีความเป็นทั้งผู้นำและผู้ตามที่ดี

Oh Jung-Se; Kwon Kyeong-Min ตัวป่วนของเรื่อง ด้วยความที่เราเห็นนักแสดงคนนี้มาหลายเรื่อง บทส่วนใหญ่ก็จะติดตลก ทำให้ภาพจำกลายเป็นนักแสดงสายฮา แต่มาเรื่องนี้ทำให้คนดูรู้สึกได้ว่า เขาคือ Kwon Kyeong-Min คนหวังดีที่ประสงค์ร้าย
