I DID IT !!!

Chumporn - Ranong... 112km (but probaby 120km if you count all the detours to look at 'water no fall' (as one Thai guy, seeing the disappointed look on my face when I'd just made a 3km detour to look at a pile or very dry looking rocks told me in English...)

Plus, thanks to my string (what I was planning to use to tie my backpack to the back of my bike) disappearing from my rugsack during the train journey down here, I had cycle here wearing my backpack. Must be around 10 extra kilos that I needed to carry.

Anyway.. not quite sure how my legs did it, but, somehow or other they did. They appreciated the scenery and I'm sure that at 9am tomorrow morning, when they're waiting at the ferry port, they will really appreciate their reward (a couple of - cycling free - days in a hammock on Ko Chang or Ko Phayam)
