ผู้สนใจกับสติอยู่เสมอ ไม่ให้ขาดวรรคขาดตอน

นักปฏิบัติ ในเพศใดวัยใดก็ตามถ้าเป็นผู้สนใจกับสติอยู่เสมอไม่ให้ขาดวรรค ขาดตอนในอิริยาบถและอาการต่างๆนักปฏิบัตินั้นจะพึงมีหวัง ได้ชมสมาธิสมาบัติมรรคผลนิพพานไม่พ้นมือไปได้
