Anne Hathaway และ Emily Blunt มาประกาศรางวัลเครื่องแต่งกายยอดเยี่ยม
Anne : Good evening, we're here to present the Oscar for costume design.
Emily : And there's no one in this room will qualify but the two of us...or just me.
Anne: Leave the character behind.
Emily: Hi Meryl
Both: ...I love you...
ปฏิกิริยาตอบสนองของป้าเมอรีล คือ.....(อย่างที่ได้ทัศนาในรูป)
สองสาวยังคงเล่นไม่เลิก
Anne: Why doesn't she have a cappuccino? Did you get her a cappuccino?
Emily: I thought you would get her one.
Anne: Look how shes smiling, as if it doesnt bother her.
Emily: Such a good actress
และแล้วสิ่งที่ไม่คาดฝันก็เกิดขึ้น....เมื่อป้าเมอรีล...เล่นด้วย
ส่งสายตาจิกกัดได้ใจมาก
...จ๋อย...
Anne: We will..we will.. get it for you after this.
บนเวทีมีการนำเครื่องแต่งกายจากภาพยนตร์ที่เข้าชิงมาแสดงด้วย
อีกไฮไลท์หนึ่งของงาน
Clint: Do you have a script for me? You gave one to Marty, so you must have one for me.
Ellen: No, no, just saying hi.
Clint: Well now you're gettin' me jealous, cause, I saw you gave Marty a script."
ผู้ถูกพาดพิง
Ellen: Actually, "I want to take a picture for MySpace, do you mind if I get a picture with you?
..Can somebody take this? Oh, Steven Speilberg! Can I get Steven?....
และไม่ลืมที่จะย้ำกับช่างภาพกิตติมศักดิ์ระดับ Steven Speilberg ว่า
Ellen:
Make sure were both in, Steven.
