Soya milk I always thought that soya milk is something too complicated to make ,therefore I had been buying it from supermarket without a second thought of making it by myself.... Until I had a chance to see a whole process ,then I didn't wait too long to give it a try!! There are three ingredients you will need for making soya milk...one is yellow bean..another is water and the last is rock sugar!! Once all ingredients checked ,then make sure that you have a blender to get it done..won't be a problem if you've already had it in hand but if not,then it's your decision to cope with it...buying ,renting or stealing...must be your choice!!! As for methods ,there are only 4 easy steps to do... First ,soak the bean overnight...and you will get this afterwards... Secondly , put the soaked bean into the blender and add some water ( I used 1.5 pints of water per a cup of bean ). Blend until the pulses fined.. Next ,use a thin white cloth (or bag) to extract the liquid from the beans and put it into a saucepan.. Leave the liquid to boil on the medium heat before adding the rock sugar to season !
