1 Firm tofu 2 eggs mochi flur 5 T. olive oil garlic salt, 3 pinches black pepper , 3 pinches 1 pkg. chop sui mix furikake, bonito or shrimp flavor green onions oyster sauce sweet chili sauce
Beat eggs with oyster sauce , garlic salt and black pepper . Cut tofu in half width wise . Dip tofu in egg mixture and dredge with mochi flour. Heat olive oil in non stick pan and fry tofu on both sides until brown. Place finished tofu in serving dish with chop sui mix as a bed. Sprinkle tofu with furikake. Cover tofu with sweet chili sauce and green onions.
