Penzance I
My Easter holiday started since 20th of March and I decided not to go back to Bangkok due to many reasons, too expensive...too tiring (12 hours in economy class is really tiring!!!) plus I won't be able to do my assignments back at home, too many distractions...hehe.
After finishing most of my assignments, 3 of us (me and 2 other friends) went for a day trip yesterday. We booked the trip to Penzance, it's located at the tip of southwest UK, 3 hours away from Exeter.
Apparently, yesterday was the 'Good Friday' as well, but our trip did not start good, however, I am glad it ended good!
Our train was to leave at 8.04 am, and in England (if nothing goes wrong) the train leaves right on time, it will only stop for 4 minutes max. per station so you have to really be on time. Unfortunately, due to our lateness, we had to rush from the city centre to the train station within 15 minutes (usually it would take us around 30-35 minutes). We could have taken bus or taxi BUT it was a public holiday so nothing was functioning that early, there was no buses, no taxis and none of the shops were opened!!! it became a really really really peaceful place!

Anyway, we made it right on time to the station, 8.00 am, we were so exhausted but happy to have made it rather than getting up early for nothing :P (not even thinking of the money!! haha). But that was not it. Our train got delayed, yes...DELAYED!!! not just 5 or 10 minutes, it was hold up for 45 minutes!! OMG (oh my god)!! And we were supposed to reach there by 11, instead we reached there by noon, it was really tiring journey....
Through out the journey,on my right side, it was all grassy and on my left, it was all beachy (the sea side)....really nice view....
