Loy Kratong in Koh Samed Koh Samed The gang and I have been talking about going to Koh Samed for quite sometime but never got a chance to make it happen yet. Runar AKA Crazy Farang was in town for couple months and he’s leaving after Loy Kratong so we decided to go float the kraton in Koh Samed. Nobody wanted to drive so we’ve rented a van and headed out of BKK at 11 a.m. on Friday. Some people might noticed that I mostly run away on Friday morning shhhhhhhhh it’s our secret ok? Hehe Too bad Akiko and Stelvin couldn’t make it this time so there’re only 4 of us. Bow and Me And this sweet couple Crazy Farang and Chris the Gorilla. Since it’s Loy Kratong on Saturday night,we think it must be more fun to stay at the busy beach. We went directly to Silver Sand and as we arrive quite early we got a chance to choose the room. Mine was the smallest one , B1200 with A/C, hot shower and cable T.V. This rate is for 1 guest only. I kind of like it, the only thing that I dislike is the tiny little bathroom. After checking in we all just chilled out on the beach. In the evening we were still in a lazy mood to move our fat asses anywhere so we just had dinner right there and watched all the fire show. The second day I was the only one who woke up early so I took a chance to go enjoy the quiet beach by myself. We still didn’t do many things all day, just chilled out and waited for the night. The first plan was going to float the kratong at the temple. But they said that it starts at mid night so we decided just to skip it and just stick at we stay and float kratong in the sea instead. After having dinner we all went back to take a nap and set the alarm at 11.30 p.m. It turned out that it’s only me who wants to do it. The rest were just wishing to see. Alrighty!! But at least we had a chance to fly the balloon together. Bow got a body painting on the last day, sexy eh? Behind me are the Crazy Farang and his new Belgian Lovers!! It’s time to go back to our messy crazy world. The gang of four is waiting for a speed boat.
