#MissWorld2015 Contestants Treated to Dinner Cruise in Macau!

To cap off an unforgettable 4-day journey that saw the contestants travel from Sanya to Pingtan to Zhuhai and with many spectacular stops along the way, the contestants were treated to a lavish dinner cruise overlooking the stunning peninsula of Macau!

For many contestants this was their umpteenth time on a boat, but for one particular contestant, Miss Botswana, the dinner marked her first time being at sea!

Botswana

Talking about her experience, she said “I am still so shocked that I am on a cruise right now. It is my first time being on any body of water as Botswana is a landlocked country and the opportunity has never come up! What a memorable way to experience my first time on a boat!”

While the Miss World contestants are definitely the stars of every other event/gala/dinner Miss World and the Beauty Crown have thrown, on this particular night the contestants were overshadowed by the magnificent cuisine on offer. An impeccable array of seafood was put on offer, and even those who do not usually eat fish were tempted to try.

Miss Australia, who does not typically eat fish, said tasting several dishes completely changed her opinion on seafood. “It’s unbelievable how great this tastes. Thank you to Miss World and the Beauty Crown for this once-in-a-lifetime experience!”

Japan

Miss Japan, who is a connoisseur of fine seafood, said she cherished the meal as one of her highlights of being a part of the Miss World competition, due to the extraordinary taste. “In Japan, this fish is the most expensive on the market and I can’t believe we get the opportunity to have plates and plates of it! My friends and family will be so jealous.”

While the bright lights of Macau shined like diamonds in the night sky, this reporter could not help but reminisce on the life-changing experiences the contestants and all involved have experienced in the past few days. While we are all ready to head back to Sanya for the last 2 weeks of the competition, a piece of all us is still with all the fabulous new and unique places we visited in China.
