I got up early and lifted my dad to the hospital in the city for monthly medical appointment. I didn't want to waste my time waiting, so I planed to have an annual check up as well. Unfortunately that the process took almost half a day and I didn't want to take a rest day at the moment because the trainings recently were moderate, not so hard. Because of that, I went out in the afternoon riding for a late lunch at 3 o'clock, stopped at Cafe Amazon near Wiang Pa Pao and back. I was a little bit upset on the check up result. All glucose, chloresteral and blood pressure are raised unexpectedly but not reach the danger zone yet. However, it sounds like a warning message from my body that I need to be careful on balancing daily food intake from now on.
