อย.เตือนหม่ำลูกชิ้นระวังสารกันเสีย
เมื่อวันที่ 12 ม.ค. ภญ. ศรีนวล กรกชกร รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) เปิดเผยว่า
จา
กรณีที่อย.ได้ลงพื้นที่ตรวจสอบแหล่งผลิตและจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพ
เพื่อคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคให้ได้รับความปลอดภัยนั้น
พบว่ามีการจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์จากเนื้อสุกรบรรจุถุงเปลือยยี่ห้อหนึ่ง
ไม่แสดงฉลากให้ครบถ้วน จึงขยายผลติดตามไปยังแหล่งผลิต ย่านดอนเมือง
จากการตรวจสอบพบว่า โรงงานดังกล่าวเข้าข่ายที่จะไม่ได้รับใบอนุญาตผลิตอาหารที่ 10-0-15849 จึงได้เก็บตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ 3 ประเภท
ซึ่งระบุยี่ห้อ แหล่งผลิตจำหน่าย
และระบุว่าไม่มีวัตถุกันเสียและสารบอแร็กซ์
เป็นส่วนประกอบ ส่งตรวจวิเคราะห์ ณ กรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์
ทั้ง
นี้ ผลการตรวจพบว่า มีวัตถุกันเสีย (กรดเบนโซอิก) ปะปนอยู่ในผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้ง 3
รายการ เท่ากับ 3,745 4,731 และ 4,770 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม ตามลำดับ
ซึ่ง
เป็นสารต้องห้ามตามประกาศกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (ฉบับที่ 281) พ.ศ.2548
เรื่องวัตถุเจือปนอาหาร และมาตรฐาน Codex
และการใช้วัตถุเจือปนอาหารนอกเหนือจากที่ประกาศกำหนด ซึ่งจะต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจาก อย. แต่กลับตรวจไม่พบตราประทับของอย.แต่อย่างใด
ซึ่งผู้ผลิตมีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับ ไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท และ อย.
ได้กำหนดค่าความปลอดภัยกรดเบนโซอิก ของผลิตภัณฑ์ลูกชิ้นตั้งแต่ 4,000
มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม เข้าข่ายจัดเป็นอาหารไม่บริสุทธิ์
จึงเป็นการผลิตเพื่อจำหน่ายอาหารไม่บริสุทธิ์
ผู้ผลิตต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท
หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
ภญ. ศรีนวล กล่าวต่อไปว่า กรณีที่ผู้ผลิตแสดงฉลากระบุข้อความ ปราศจากวัตถุกันเสีย
ซึ่ง
ขัดกับผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์ที่พบว่ามีวัตถุกันเสียในผลิตภัณฑ์
ถือเป็นการแสดงข้อความที่ทำให้ผู้บริโภคเกิดความหลงเชื่อโดยไม่สมควร
และทำให้เข้าใจผิดในสาระสำคัญ
ต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินสามหมื่นบาทและยังเข้าข่ายเป็นการผลิตเพื่อจำหน่าย
อาหารที่มีฉลากเพื่อลวงหรือพยายามลวงผู้ซื้อให้เข้าใจผิดในเรื่องคุณภาพต้อง
ระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หกเดือนถึงสิบปี
และปรับตั้งแต่ห้าพันบาทถึงหนึ่งแสนบาท ทั้งนี้ อย. ได้สั่งระงับการผลิต และเรียกคืนผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้ง 3 รายการจากท้องตลาดทันที เพื่อคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคให้ได้รับความปลอดภัยรองเลขาธิการ ฯ กล่าวในที่สุด.
