Massaman Curry with Chicken
An Indian style curry, usually made by Thai-Muslims,
containing roasted dried spices, such as coriander seed,
that are rarely found in other Thai curries.
Ingredient..................................
1/2 kg. Chicken
100 g. Massaman curry paste
2 Onions
2 Potatoes
2 tbsp. Roasted peanuts
3 tbsp. Palm sugar
2 tbsp. Tamarind paste
2 tbsp. Fish sauce
1cup Coconut milk
