คนอกหักไม่ใช่คนโง่ คนอกหักไม่ใช่คนโง่......... "การอกหักไม่ได้หมายความว่าเรากำลังกลายเป็นคนโง่ เราจะกลายเป็นคนโง่ก็ต่อเมื่อเดินย้อนกลับไปหารักโง่ ๆ  นั้นอีกครั้ง"            หากเรากำลังร้องไห้เสียใจกับอาการอกหัก แพ้เพราะเขาไม่รัก มองดูตัวเองไม่ต่างจากไอ้โง่คนหนึ่งที่ไม่มีสมอง ให้เราสูดลมหายใจเข้าลึก ๆ มองดูตัวเองในกระจกให้ดี ๆ บอกตัวเองว่า "เราแค่รู้สึกแย่กับความรัก แต่เราจะไม่มีวันรู้สึกแย่กับตัวเอง"            วางมือเอาไว้บนหัวใจตัวเอง หากมันกำลังรู้สึกเจ็บในเวลาที่อกหักจากใครสักคน ใช้ความคิดตรึกตรองเรื่องที่ผ่านมาทั้งหมด จนกระทั่งถึงตอนนี้ว่ามันเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับความรักของเรา ความผิดถูกที่ทำให้มันจบลง ที่ผ่านมาใครเป็นคนบอกรัก ที่ผ่านไปใครเป็นคนบอกเลิก            หากการเลิกราทำให้คนอื่น ๆ ตราหน้าหาว่าเราโง่ที่โดนเขาหลอก เราก็คงเป็นอย่างนั้นหากกำลังตราหน้าตัวเองว่า "โง่" เช่นกัน หากเราไม่คิดว่าตัวเองเป็นเช่นนั้น เราก็จะไม่มีวันเป็นเช่นนั้น...เช่นกัน            เราไม่ได้โง่ เราเป็นแค่คน ๆ หนึ่งซึ่งกำลังเสียใจ และไม่นานความเสียใจนั้นก็จะหายไป เราเป็นคนอกหัก ซึ่งแน่นอน...บนโลกนี้ทุก ๆ นาทีมีคนอกหักเกิดขึ้นมากมาย และคนมากมายฉลาดเกินไปด้วยซ้ำที่จะเลือกอกหัก เพราะดีกว่าที่จะต้องทนรับไม่ได้ ที่ต้องแบกรับความรู้สึกว่าตัวเองกำลังโง่ ที่มีความรักกับคนโง่ ๆ ที่ไม่รู้จักความรักเอาซะเลย เราอาจกำลังเป็นคน ๆ นั้น           เขาทำให้เราอกหัก เราต้องทำให้ตัวเองหายโง่ไปเลย เราจะต้องดีใจและหัวเราะให้กับโลกอีกครั้งว่าด้วยซ้ำว่า "หายโง่ซะทีเรา" ในการใช้ชีวิตกับคนห่วย ๆ พรรณนั้น ชีวิตมันดีขึ้นทันตา หากความรักทำให้คุณภาพชีวิตเราเคยดีขึ้นมาแล้ว อกหักมันก็กำลังจะทำให้ชีวิตเราดีขึ้นอีกครั้ง บางสถานะถูกส่งคืนกลับมาพร้อมกับความโสด เราสามารถทำอะไรตามใจได้อีกครั้ง...โดยไม่ต้องบอกใคร           เราสามารถไปไหนก็ได้อีกครั้ง...โดยไม่ต้องรายงานใคร           เราสามารถรู้สึกดีกับเวลาอีกครั้ง...โดยไม่ต้องรอใคร คำว่า "อกหัก" มีความหมายไม่ต่างอะไรกับคำว่าสิ้นสุด และตรงจุดสิ้นสุดนั้นมีคำว่า "ผิดหวัง" ระหว่างสองฝั่งนั้นมีด้านที่โง่และฉลาด ประสบการณ์ของคนอื่นทำให้ทุกคนคิดเช่นนั้นเสมอมา แต่ทุกคนเท่านั้นที่คิดเช่นนั้น...ไม่ใช่เรา           อกหักทำให้เราค้นพบว่า ความรักให้อะไรมากกว่าที่เราคาดคิดไว้เสมอ มันทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้ว่า เราได้อยู่กับสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดมาตลอดชีวิต จนกระทั่งสิ่งที่เราคิดว่าดีกว่ามาหลอกล่อให้เราหลงเดินตามไป วันนี้เราได้กลับมาใช้ชีวิตตรงจุดเดิม ความรู้สึกเก่า ๆ กลับมาอีกครั้ง มันเป็นความอิสระทางร่างกายและหัวใจ จนเรารู้สึกถึงลมหายใจดี ๆ ของชีวิต หากเรากำลังเป็นคนอกหัก เราจะเสียใจบ้างมันก็ไม่แปลก           หากเรากำลังเป็นคนอกหัก เราจะร้องไห้กับตัวเองบ้างมันก็ไม่แปลก คนอกหัก... ไม่ได้เป็นคนโง่ที่จะให้คนอื่นว่าเอาง่าย ๆ ได้ว่า ไม่ประสีประสากับความรัก เพราะความรักมันไม่ได้เรื่องซะมากกว่า จึงทำให้เราไม่จำเป็นต้องทนมันต่อไป คนที่พูดเช่นนั้นกลับเป็นคนโง่ซะมากกว่าที่คิดเช่นนั้นกับคนอื่น แม้กระทั่งตัวเอง หากเรากำลังร้องไห้ ไม่นานน้ำตามันก็จะเหือดแห้งไปกับกาลเวลา           หากเรากำลังเสียใจ ความรู้สึกนั้นมันก็จะเลือนหายไปกับกาลเวลา เมื่อถึงวันหนึ่ง... เราก็จะค้นพบตัวเองว่ารักครั้งนั้นมันเป็นการเรียนรู้ให้เราเติบโตขึ้น มันทำให้เรารู้สึกแย่ได้ แต่มันก็เป็นเพียงบททดสอบหนึ่ง และเราฉลาดพอที่จะผ่านมันมาได้ เราไม่ได้โง่พอที่จะต้องเรียนมันซ้ำ ๆ เราไม่ใช่คนโง่ที่จะไม่รู้เลยว่าอะไรเป็นอะไร เราเคยรู้สึกแย่กับความรัก แต่เราไม่เคยรู้สึกแย่กับตัวเอง เรื่องความรักก็ปล่อยให้คนอื่นเขาถกเถียงกันต่อไป นินทากาเล ต่อว่าลับหลัง ระแวงซึ่งกันและกัน มีกิ๊ก มีชู้ โกหกปลิ้นปล่อน กะล่อน เวลาใครรักกัน ใครเลิกกัน ใครหักอก ใครอกหัก ฯลฯ ส่วนเราไม่จำเป็นต้องมานั่งพูดนั่งคิดถึงเรื่องราวเหล่านั้นแล้ว เราไม่ใช่คนโง่พรรณนั้น   Create Date : 26 ตุลาคม 2555     Last Update : 26 ตุลาคม 2555 4:39:36 น. คุมโรคอ้วน! นิวยอร์กออกกฎ ห้ามขายน้ำอัดลมแก้วใหญ่ นิวยอร์ก สั่งร้านอาหารห้ามขายน้ำอัดลม-เครื่องดื่มผสมน้ำตาลแก้วใหญ่ หวังคุมโรคอ้วน หลังพบชาวอเมริกันน้ำหนักเกินเพียบ หวั่น เบาหวาน-โรคหัวใจถามหา           เมื่อวันที่ 14 กันยายน สำนักข่าวเอพี รายงานว่า คณะกรรมการด้านสาธารณสุขของนครนิวยอร์ก ได้ลงมติเห็นชอบสั่งให้ร้านอาหารห้ามขายน้ำอัดลมในแก้วที่มีขนาดใหญ่เกิน 16 ออนซ์ หรือขวดที่มีขนาดใหญ่กว่าครึ่งลิตร หลังจากพบว่า ปัจจุบันนี้ ผู้ใหญ่ชาวอเมริกันราว 2 ใน 3 รวมทั้งเด็ก ๆ ราว 1 ใน 3 ประสบปัญหาน้ำหนักเกินมาตรฐาน หรือเป็นโรคอ้วน ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญของการเกิดโรคเบาหวาน และโรคหัวใจ           ทั้งนี้ การออกกฎระเบียบดังกล่าวถือเป็นกฎระเบียบที่บังคับใช้ครั้งแรกในสหรัฐอเมริกา และจะเริ่มมีผลบังคับใช้ภายใน 6 เดือน หากไม่มีฝ่ายใดยื่นต่อศาลเพื่อขอคัดค้าน ซึ่งหากมีผลบังคับใช้แล้ว จะทำให้ร้านอาหารฟาส์ตฟู้ด ร้านอาหารในโรงภาพยนตร์ โรงละครบรอดเวย์ โรงอาหารภายในอาคารที่ทำงาน รวมทั้งสถานที่อื่น ๆ ที่มีการขายอาหาร จะไม่สามารถขายน้ำอัดลม รวมทั้งเครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนของผสมน้ำตาลในแก้วขนาดใหญ่ได้ ยกเว้นในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต หรือร้านสะดวกซื้อทั่วไป อย่างไรก็ตาม กฎระเบียบนี้ ไม่รวมถึงเครื่องดื่มแคลอรี่ต่ำ อย่างเช่น น้ำเปล่า น้ำอัดลมแบบไดเอต น้ำผลไม้ เครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ รวมทั้งเครื่องดื่มที่มีส่วนผสมของนม ที่ยังสามารถขายในแก้วขนาดใหญ่ได้อยู่           ด้านนายไมเคิล บลูมเบิร์ก นายกเทศมนตรีนครนิวยอร์ก เปิดเผยว่า กฎระเบียบข้อนี้มีขึ้นเพื่อควบคุมปัญหาโรคอ้วน และเขาเชื่อว่า มันจะช่วยชีวิตคนได้เป็นจำนวนมาก แม้ว่าจะมีกลุ่มที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากบริษัทน้ำอัดลมออกมารวมตัวกันต่อต้าน และเตรียมจะยื่นคัดค้านการออกกฎระเบียบดังกล่าวต่อศาล $Best Price & Cheap 250 Welder/Generator , $Best Price & Cheap 30 Amp Generator Cords -
