The 75 beauties competing in Miss Grand International 2016 took part in another important event: The National Costume Competition, which took place at the popular Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas. One by one, the beauties paraded displaying their cultural traditions while attendants and bystanders rooted for their favorites. After the event, the contestants mingled with the public and posed for photographs.
Unlike other years were a panel of judges chose the best 20 costumes, this time the Top 10 finalists will be chosen via social networks. The Miss Grand International facebook page will publish an album and the most liked 10 costumes will advance to the next stage. The winner of Best National Costume will be announced during the live telecast on October 25th.
