It's raining buckets!!!!!

At the very minute I got back to my place, the rain started pouring.
Thank Gods, my kitty and I managed to get back without getting soaked.


Oh...crap...I left my LV at Pinnacle School and I should be going back to fetch it.

Givin the current rain, I guess I will have to swim to Siam Square instead of walking. Damn...it's raining buckets now and the flood is expected to greet Siam Square quite soon.
As said in my previous blog, I was a rain hater.Even though my feeling towards it has changed, I'm still not a big fan of rain.

Im not saying that I dislike it; I just dont like the rain when im exposed to it...and I tend to dislike it more when Im walking in the rain in bkk. Why bkk?

Well, while walking in the rain in bkk, you can expect yourself either to be drenched by a car(s) of which retarded owner drives carelessly or to be spilled with dirt on the bkk's sucky pavement.

Then what to do to prevent yourself from being drenched or spilled with?
Well, I recommend that you not walk on the bkk's pavement as an umbrella does not help anyway--it only protects you from getting soaked by raindrops but not dirty water flooding the surface of streets.
So, when it starts raining, find a shelter and wait till it stops. It might take only a few minutes or a day till it does but it sure is a better choice comparing to taking a cab and get stuck on the sticky watery street.
The best choice is prolly to avoid going out during the rain but that might be impossible since you cannot tell when it is gonna rain.
Some of you might argue that we can consult a forecast site.
Well, it's your choice but here's my advice.

Do not trust any forecast sites in Thailand!

They are so inaccurate--when they say it'll rain...chances are that it actually wont. Or if they say, there'll be a shower in the afternoon. You can be quite sure that it wont be a shower but a storm instead.
Even a day forecast is not precise, leave alone an hour one.

Anyway, it seems like it's gonna cease raining for a while. Guess I'd better go and fetch my handbag.
