Time to Diversify

Tuesday of 9th of Aug, 2011:-

I can't sleep well last night after discussing requirements for our project with Ryan. It is pretty big project...i mean bigger than i thought it is...so it bothers me a lot. This is the 3rd year of business...we reach to the point that business stay in good operation zone...enough sales to cover all expenses, plus give ok saving, however it will not end at this level...we have more plan to make it better.

Our business started from POD Services, expand to retail do full line hobby game store. Ryan has plan to open more branches. It was funny that...first I disagreed with him every time he talked about opening new stores....But after I was in this business for awhile...It was me that now always talking and planing for new more coming retails...Looking forward to finding good location in a few years and open 2nd retail and have POD Services Warehouse for Full Line POD Operations. I don't like to plan for long term but when i get in the game...i do my best to get good outcome...that is my style.

2 Big projects that we are having and want to launch before ending 2011.
1. Gamer Finder
2. POD Cards Services

Ryan has to build our custom machine to support process for POD. It was 3 years research and try....I'm glad this year we start building this machine...Ryan expect to be able to increase capacity for volume sales in POD Business....and I agree with that...Once we have this machine set up, test and roll out....I expect to see business will take off quickly and expand tremendously...and keep us busy til we reach to max capacity of current ..then need to find new warehouse operation.

With Gamer Finder....this feature will enhance our retail to support local gamers can find other gamers and support our current retail...which is the foundation for more business expansion for new coming stores also.

Both projects require a lot of works, planning, arguments, discussing, testing, but before the end of this year, it will be launching....i know from my experience...it is usual to have a lot of problems, then need to tweak this, tweak that...but Hey !!...that is the fun part of business....find the right fit for yourself.....isn't it ??...anyways...i really look forward though !!
