My new Exciting !!

Yesterday was very interesting day at the store, had some issues with parking lot with the landlord, has such a stupid annoying guy in the store,....it cause me really headache...had to take 4 aspirins....it got better after sleep.

Wellll....actually one more thing happened yesterday...both of us...right now lease current retail space...we don't own it...and we are here about 3 years...and plan to renew every 2 years...but since our retail, we do a lot of cutom shelves, display, and parkig lot ....all of them are great ...so we have to pay pretty premium price...but we are ok with it...good location you have to pay for it...however....since we know our business will expand and will grow a lot in a few year and after that .....another idea come up to both of us...actually start from me first ...then i share it with my husband...the idea is own the building. We think if the landlord want to sell at the right price, we will buy this building...however, from what i research...i think they will not sell it soon...so another idea is...how about buy other property.....wait a min....it is not easy...use a lot of money, moving, and a lot of renovate to custom...to be the way we want...probably we are not ready for it yet...in term of both financial and risk to loose customers.

However, those problems don't stop us from start looking other property right now....and yesterday...i found the one i really fall in love :)....it is 3 times of current space we have....so plenty of retail space, gaming tables, and the most important for next year ..is POD Operation... that space is so great, about 40 parkings....i can see our business fit in there ..so perfect :)...however...that building it seems like the previous owner owe the city tax...so right now it might go to process of city sale..which is bidding....it is such a great location and building...i will see a lot of people will bid this building......it made me so excited that last night since i got home had pizza (can have just one time a week max right now...because of Ryan's health)....i have to go to bed right away....i got up 6 am....and jump to the computer right away...to research that property ..how much tax, how much city value, etc....and find out that ...it is in the high size of our budget...but anyway....tomorrow monday we will find out more about this property with city people...and go from there :)

if let me guess...i think tax will be around $15K/Yr....current value of this property about $400 K (base on number of the city)......if those numbers ...probably we have to wait at least anotehr 2 years.....to be able to afford those kind of payment....but hey...this is city property...sometimes you get a good deal from bidding...so...wish me luck on this property...i really love it...and i can see a lot of things we can do in this building ...and make our business grow and make good profit in the future.
