Crispy Minced Pork Omelette
ไข่เจียวหมูสับ กรอบๆ สามีชอบทานมาก
Ingredients: Eggs, Minced Pork, Fish Sauce or Soy Sauce, Pepper and a little bit of Lime Juice.
Tips to make it crispy: Fry ur omelette in the very hot oil...high heat will make ur egg crispy. Drain the oil after the egg is cooked.
