Choo Chee Pla Tu ฉู่ฉี่ปลาทู
Fish in Dried Red Curry.
1. Heat up coconut cream, add in Thai red curry paste. Fry until fragrant.
2. Add lime leaves, sugar and fish sauce.
3. Put in the fish. Wait until it cooked. Topping with chili and coconut cream.
