Repeat with next two stitches, then pull the second stitch on right hand needle over the first to bind off. 4. Repeat across edge. Begin Cuff Change to smaller single point needles. Beg with a purl row, work in St st. Row 11-18: Work even in St st. Row 19: (WS) Bind off as if to knit using size 9 needles for binding off. FINISHING: Join shoulder seams. (Double needle join method is used on model, see below). Sew sleeve to body matching center of shoulder with center of sleeve cap. Sew underarm seams. Turn piece upside down. With right side facing, using 26" circular needle, size 7, pick up all stitches along bottom of sweater. Place a marker at beg of row. Knit in the round, dec'ing 8 sts evenly on first row. Work 9 rounds in St st. Bind off loosely using size 9 needles since Cotton Chenille has no stretch. Neck Roll: With 16" circular needle, size 7, pick up 77 sts evenly around neck. With right side facing, work in rounds. Round 1: Purl. Rounds 2-8: Knit. Bind off loosely with size 9 needles. Let neck edge roll. Steam piece gently. Sleeve Note: Sleeves can be knit directly on to the sweater easily. Measure 9.5 inches from shoulder, pick up from right side 38 sts on one side, 39 on other side. Figure about 1 st/row. Continue to knit down as instructions until proper length sleeve. This way you have no seam at sleeve top.
