During the New Year celebration the three of us; my children and I, have spent our family time together almost 24/7 which we're appreciated and very blessed with such privilege.

On the way home from the Thai temple; 35 miles away from our home, I announced my Hospice volunteering. Both of them asked if they, too, could volunteer? To that, I personally do not have the answered but promised to make another inquiry and let them know.

Besides spending family time together now we're volunteering together, this is a new development for all of us.

After 4 years of our re-united, my children and I till learning and getting to know each other. We're totally strangers and spending our first year together apart, that's how we were, being together in the same house but besides our mother-children status as stated on the papers we have absolutely no clue about the others.

The second year, time flown by and we still struggling..

The third, strong bond and blood drew us closer with some hidden, unspoken fears and secrets…

This year, the fourth, have been through thick and thin together helps us teared down so much barriers between us, the resentments, the fears and disappointments malted away and the sky brighter is there in front and awaiting for all of us now.

Children, who are fully reach teenage years, now whose favorite time is spending with Mom, many time doing nothing just being there with each other. No words to be said, no action needed, just an appearance of the other gave us the sense of love care and belonging.

Time healed many broken things, including our lives.

Just want to be on Momy's side was the answered when they asked why considering the volunteering?

Being together and doing some goodness even better, they added.

นอกจากจะใช้เวลาของครอบครัวด้วยกันเราสามคนกำลังคิดจะร่วมกันทำงานอาสาฯท่ี่เดียวกัน นี่คือสิ่งใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในครอบครัวเรา

หลังจากการที่พวกเราใด้มีโอกาสกลับมาใช้ชีวิตร่วมกันอีกครั้ง4ปีก่อนพวกเรายังเรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน ปีแรกพวกเราใช้ชีวิตภายใต้หลังคาเดียวกันแต่เป็นเสมือนคนแปลกหน้า นอกจากสถานะแม่ลูกที่บ่งชี้ในเอกสารเราสามคนแทบจะไม่รู้จักกันและกันเอาเสียเลย

ปีที่สอง เวลาที่ผ่านไปอย่างรวดเร็ว พวกเรายังว้าวุ้นและสับสน...

ปีที่สาม ความสัมพันธ์ทางสายเลือดช่วยให้เราผ่านพ้นอุปสรรคและสัมผัสถึงความใกล้ชิดมากขึ้น แต่กระนั้นความกลัวและความลับก็ยังแฝงเร้นอยู่

ปีนี้ปีที่สี่ของการอยู่ร่วมกันและผ่านร้อนผ่านหนาวมาด้วยกันช่วยทะลายความคลางแคลงใจ ความน้อยเนื้อต่ำใจ ความกลัวใด้มลายหายไปแทบหมดสิ้นทำให้เราใด้เห็นท้องฟ้าที่สดใสรอเราอยู่ข้างหน้า

ลูกๆของฉันซึ่งบัดนี้เป็นวัยรุ่นเต็มตัว สิ่งที่พวกเขาถูกใจมากที่สุดเห็นจะเป็นการใด้มีเวลาอยู่กับฉันผู้เป็นแม่่ หลายๆครั้งไม่ต้องทำอะไรเพียงแต่การอยู่ด้วยกันเฉยๆ ไม่มีคำพูดใดๆ ไม่ต้องทำสิ่งใด การปรากฏตัวของอีกฝ่ายให้ความรู้สึกถึงความรัก ความห่วงหาและสายใยที่มีต่อกันและกัน

เวลาช่วยเยียวยาหลายๆสิ่ง เช่นเดียวกับที่มันช่วยสมานรอยร้าวในชีวิตเราสามคน...

แค่อยากอยู่ใกล้ๆแม่ และถ้าใด้อยู่ข้างๆแม่และทำประโยนช์ให้ผู้อื่นไปพร้อมๆกันเป็นที่วิเศษที่สุด คำตอบที่เขาบอกฉันเมื่อฉันถามถึงสาเหตุที่เขาอยากจะร่วมงานอาสาฯ
