Life in Mono (Propellerheads Alice Band Mix) / Mono At first I wanna raise the beat up a bit. But then I suppose it’s getting hot in Thailand now. So on second thought, maybe not. After I ransacked a pile of CDs, I pick many people’s favorite song from Mono, Life In Mono. Like anybody, you simply fell in love with this song the first time you heard it. The song is heavenly graceful and beautifully euphoric. It was also featured in the movie ‘Great Expectation’. If I recalled it correctly, you hear it clearly from the movie preview and the ending credit. Too bad that the group was no longer existing. I hate when someone mention about this group as one-hit-wonder. They should have come up with the second album. Well, it is what it is. I think many people here posted this song already. So let’s hear the remix versions. I have to admit that the album version is still the best though. Track 2 remixed by Propellerheads Alice Band is not bad. It’s sort of down-tempo.
