ไก่ - often spelled kai in Thai transliterated script, I suggest we spell it 'g'. This is in line with my method of study which was founded upon Benjawan Poomsan Decker's Learning Thai series. I found her transliteration much more conducive to speaking comprehensible Thai. I hope you agree.
