TPBI Public Company Limited by Ms. Chamaiporn Uerpairojkit, Chief Executive Officer, was a representative to receive the “SET Awards 2023 – Commended Sustainability Awards”, which is an award in the Sustainability Excellence category from Dr. Pakorn Peetathawatchai, President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) at the SET Awards 2023 ceremony at The Stock Exchange of Thailand building, Bangkok, on November 21, 2023.

The Sustainability Excellence awards category reflects standards of excellence in sustainability. The Stock Exchange of Thailand gives these awards to listed companies that have outstanding sustainable business operations, good corporate governance, consider the impact on stakeholders in all aspects, as well as having economic growth along with creating positive impacts on society and the environment, in order to be a good example for listed companies and other organizations.

TPBI's business operations are based on the principles of the Circular Economy. Throughout the past, the company has applied recycled plastic in the production of various products. Including developing WON Project to raise awareness and campaign for consumers and manufacturers to return used plastic to the project to be recycled further. In addition, TPBI also attaches importance to the application of national and international recycling standards to build confidence among clients and end users, such as the Thai Conformity Assessment Standard (TCAS.9-2022) and Global Recycled Standard (GRS), and more.

In addition to the aforementioned award, TPBI recently received a corporate governance assessment for the year 2023 or CGR 2023 at the level of "5 stars" or "excellent" for the 4th consecutive year from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and has also been selected as one of the 2023 SET ESG Ratings sustainable stocks at the “AA” level by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, which TPBI has been selected to be on the list of sustainable stocks for 4 years in a row.
