1st Day of Diet
Today is my first day for healthy diet. I have been doing and quitting for many times because I cannot put up with my cravings.
I just installed the counting calories application and hope that it would help me to limit the amount of food.
Today's weight is 140 lbs.
Weight goal is 120 lbs.
Projected weight loss is 2 lb/week
Wish me luck
