สูตรอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ Ingredients: - 1/2 cup of rice, cooked (I used red rice)
- Your choice of vegetables (I used cucumber, broccoli and green onion)
- 1 egg
- Some sort of protein, i.e. chicken, fish, etc (I just used some leftover chicken breast)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce
- Sriracha (optional)
- Slice of lemon (optional)
Preparation: - Stir fry the vegetables in a pan and add the salt and pepper
- While waiting for the vegetables to cook, boil the egg in water until fully cooked
- Cook your protein using your desired method
- Add rice into a bowl, top with veggies and protein
- Peel the hard boiled egg and add to bowl
- Add a dash of soy sauce and Sriracha, and top off with freshly squeezed lemon for more flavour
