เริ่มจาก CLS 250 MY’13 บริษัทได้สั่งออปชั่นภายในพิเศษแบบ Designo Design Package หรูหราสง่างาม ให้อารมณ์สปอร์ตเต็มพิกัดกับภายในสีดำ-แดง พร้อม จอ Command Online และจอเรือนไมล์รุ่นใหม่ล่าสุด New Telematics Color Scheme ระบบกุญแจอัจฉริยะ Keyless Entry พร้อมปุ่ม Push Start Button พร้อมก้านเปลี่ยนเกียร์ และก้านไฟเลี้ยวดีไซน์ใหม่สำหรับปี 2013เท่านั้น
