I'm having an ac317 final exam at 9.00 a.m. tomorrow. I couldn't force myself to study it,even though I had 4 free days last week,which I had spent it with my mom,my pets,eating,shopping and cooking.

I had found out today that I can do it by changing my life attitude.I have to transform my suffering to my resource of happiness.

I gave up at 23.45 p.m. after I had read a half of the book,which I could remember just a little thing. Now,I feel indifferent about it.

It was easier than I thought. I was the first student who finished the exam and left the room. This morning,without any cause,I was very depress. After left the room, I ้hastily went back to my room to put on my swimsuit, grabbed a bike to The Aquatic then swam for one hour. i felt very relief,happy and lusty. Thanks to swimming,My mood was so good.
