ตอนสมัยที่ทำงานอยู่ที่ EGV (สมัยแรกๆ ของ EGV) ตอนนั้นไปร้อง Karaoke กันบ่อยมาก Work hard Play hard ของจริง อยู่ในห้องประชุม เถียงกัน วิจารณืกันตรงๆ ไม่มีเสแสร้งแกล้งเป็นคนดี พูดกันแบบ จริงใจ ไม่ประดิษฐ์คำ แต่ได้เนื้องาน ได้ผลงาน และได้ทำงานจริงๆ ออกจากห้องประชุม ไม่ต้องพูดถึงเรื่องในห้องประชุม จนกว่าจะเข้าห้องประชุมกันอีกครั้ง เรียกว่า ถ้าออกจากห้องประชุมไปแล้วคุณไม่ทำงาน คุณก็จะไม่มีข้อมูลมาต่อสู้กับคนอื่นๆ เพราะผู้จัดการไม่ใช่คนที่คอยจับผิด แต่เป็นคนที่ต้องคิดด้วยทำด้วย แล้วทำงานกันเป็นฟันเฟือง ถ้าคุณไม่เดิน คนอื่นจะเดินไม่ได้ หนัก แต่ะ สนุก ทำงาน 24 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน 7 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ไม่เคยรู้สึกเหนื่อย วันหยุดที่คนอื่่นไปเที่ยวแต่เราต้อง stand by ตลอด เพราะเป็นช่วงที่ธุรกิจเราจะยุ่งที่สุด ยิ่งอยู่ฝ่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ที่ผีเข้าผีออก ด้วยแล้ว บนบานศาลกล่าวอย่างเดียวไม่ได้ ต้อง นั่งลุ้นแบบวินาที ต่อวินาที กันเลยทีเดียว ยังอยากไปทำบ้าๆ แบบนั้นอีกนะ ถึงแม้เพื่อนๆ คนไทยจะไม่เข้าใจ แต่เราก็สามารถสร้าง Dream Team ได้ในเวลาต่อมา มันอาจเริ่มตอนที่คนยืนอยู่บนที่สูง แล้วหันหลังให้เหว แล้ว คุณก็หงายหลังลงมา ทุกคนกลัว แต่คนที่กล้าจะทำแบบนั้นให้เราดูเป็นตัวอย่างคือ CEO ฝรั่งที่ตัวอ้วนและหนักที่สุด เป็นคนแรกที่ขึ้นไปยืน แล้ว หันหลัง พอนับ 1 2 3 ท่านไม่ลังเลที่จะหงายหลังลงมา พวกเราผู้จัดการทั้ง 8 คน ต้องวางแผนกำลังคนว่า ใครจะอยู่ส่วนหัว ใครจะอยู่ส่วนกลางและขา ใครจะต้องอะไรอย่างไร เพื่อรับเจ้านายให้หล่นลงมาอย่างปลอดภัยที่สุด เจ้านายกล้าหงายหลังมาอย่างไม่ลังเล ส่วนหนึ่งอาจเป็นเพราะว่า นายเห็นอยู่แล้วว่า พวกเราจริงจังและวางแผนที่จะไม่ยอมให้เกิดข้อผิดพลาดใดๆ พอลงมา เราร้องรับนายในส่วนหัว ซึ่งเป็นส่วนที่ลงก่อน และแรกสุดต้องค่อยทำ Balance ให้ไม่ให้หัวฟาดพื้น นายก็ตัวโต๊โต ไม่เกรงใจลูกน้องเลย เราขึ้นไปเป็นคนที่ 2 ต่อจากนาย จริงๆ แล้วคนแรกต่อจากนายต้องเป็น CFO เพราะเป็นผู้หญิงที่อาวุโสสุด และตำแหน่งสูงสุดในกลุ่มผู้หญิง แต่เธอไม่กล้า เราในฐานะที่มากับนาย ก็เลยต้องแสดง Spirit ขอเป็นผู้หญิงคนแรก แต่ตอนนั้น เราผอม แต่สูง ไม่หนักมากแต่ก็หนักกว่าที่เพื่อนๆ พี่ๆ คาดการณ์ไว้ แต่ทุกอย่างก็ปลอดภัย สบายดี เพราะเรื่องนี้ก็ผ่านมาเป็น สิบสิบปีแล้ว วันนี้ก็เลยได้มานั่งรำลึกเรื่องเก่า เล่าความประทับใจแต่หนหลังให้ฟังกัน

เพลงนี้เป็นเพลงประจำตัวที่จะร้องทุกครั้งที่ไปเที่ยวกัน และเราก็รักเพลงนี้มากเลย
