เป็นหนังสือที่ฮา สนุก ตื่นเต้น ผจญภัย มีมุขฮาตลกเกือบทุกหน้า ตั้งแต่หน้าแรกไปจนหน้าสุดท้าย ได้ยินชื่อมานานแล้ว เสียดายพึ่งมาได้อ่าน เป็นไตรภาคที่มีห้าเล่มจะต้องพยายามตามเก็บเล่มอื่นๆที่เหลือให้หมด อ่านรวดเดียว วางไม่ลงเลยจริงๆ ติดใจมุขฮา จังหวะต่างๆทำได้อย่างลงตัวที่สุด

"Shaving mirror—pointing at the ceiling. He adjusted it. For a moment it reflected a second bulldozer through the bathroom window. Properly adjusted, it reflected Arthur Dent’s bristles. He shaved them off, washed, dried and stomped off to the kitchen to find something pleasant to put in his mouth.
Kettle, plug, fridge, milk, coffee. Yawn.
