วิธีทำ ผสม Cheddar cheese (เชดดาร์ชีส)และมอสซาเรลล่าชีส (Mozzarella) อย่างละครึ่งให้เข้ากันพักไว้
ทาขนมปังด้วยซอสมะเขือเทศเข้มข้น(ซอสพิชซ่า)

โรยหน้าด้วย Cheddar cheese (เชดดาร์ชีส)และมอสซาเรลล่าชีส (Mozzarella) ที่ผสมไว้ นำ Pepperoni (เปปเปอโรนี) วางไว้บนชีส

นำเข้าเตาอบใช้ไฟอบที่อุณหภูมิ180-200 C อบประมาณ 10-15 นาทีหรือจนกว่าชีสละลายหมด

นำออกจากเตา พร้อมเสิร์ฟ
