ส่วนผสม พาสต้า (penne) เนื้อไก่ต้มสุก ผักอบ (Roasted Vegetables พริกหวาน หอมหัวใหญ่ ผงพาสลีย์ เกลือป่น พริกไทยป่น น้ำมันมะกอก นำเข้าเตาอบจนผักสุก) เชดดาร์ชีส (Cheddar cheese) และมอสซาเรลล่าชีส (Mozzarella) ซอสมะเขือเทศเข้มข้น เกลือป่น พริกไทยป่น

วิธีทำฉีกเนื้อไก่ต้มพักไว้ ตั้งหม้อน้ำใส่เกลือป่นรอจนกระทั้งน้ำเดือนนำพาสต้าลงต้มให้สุก พักเส้นไว้ในตะแกรงให้สะเด็ดน้ำ

ตั้งหม้อใส่ซอสมะเขือเทศเข้มข้นลงต้มให้พอเริ่มเดือด ใส่ผักอบ เนื้อไก่ พาสต้า และมอสซาเรลล่าชีส (Mozzarella) ลงคลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน ปรุงรสตามชอบ

ตักพาสต้าใส่ภาชนะสำหรับอบ โรยด้วยเชดดาร์ชีส (Cheddar cheese)

นำเข้าเตาอบที่อุณหภูมิ 200 °C อบจนกระทั้งชีสละลาย

นำออกจากเตาอบ ยกเสิรฟ์
