ส่วนผสม แป้งSelf-Raising เกลือป่น เนยสด นมสดรสจืด ใบ Chive แห้ง) ชีสขูด นมสดรสจืด ไข่ไก่

วิธีทำ ใส่ แป้งSelf-raising เกลือป่น เนยสดลงในอ่างผสม ใช้มือทั้งสองข้างถูให้เนย แป้งและเกลือป่นเข้าด้วยกัน จนมีลักษณะคล้ายเกล็ดขนมปัง จากนั้นใส่ใบ Chive (ชนิดแห้ง) และชีสขูดผสมให้เข้ากันอีกครั้ง

ผสมนมสดและไข่ไก่เข้าด้วยกันตีจนกระทั้งส่วนผสมทั้งสองกลายเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน จากนั้นทำหลุมตรงกลางอ่าง ใส่นมสดที่ผสมไข่เรียบร้อยแล้วลงไป คนให้ส่วนผสมเข้ากัน

จับให้เป็นก้อน ๆ ขนาดเล็กใหญ่ตามชอบ วางลงบนถาดอบ

นำเข้าเตามอบที่อุณหภูมิ 180C อบประมาณ 20-25 นาที หรือจนกระทั้งสกอน(สโคน)สุกเหลือง

นำออกจากเตาอบขึ้นบนตะแกรง พร้อมเสิร์ฟกับเนยสดหั่นเป็นชิ้น ๆ
