It's supposed to be White Choc Butter Cream Cake This is my second try. The last time I found it was a bit too sweet, so I put less sugar this time. Result - it's yummy, though it's still sweet enough without the topping. How can it be White Choc Butter Cream .. without the frosting! Next time, I will put even less sugar, so I can add the frosting and make it a proper 'Whit Choc Butter Cream Cake' I don't know when I will do it again though. It's quite difficult making this cake, in my opinion. Too many steps, too many beatings and melting to do. But hey!, it's so delicious and I can't stop eating. Why complain then! :P Problem with cake is that no one help me eating, unless I take them to work. As I have been off work for three days, I have to eat them ALL by myself. FAT! FAT! FAT! ..
