New Room with Old life and little ego This month is the last month that i can live in my messy room now. Next month, I have to move to another room to contenue my old life. For a long time, I have already planned to live with another Thai student studing here at a very nice place, I think. But, in a moment today, I have recieved an e-mail impling the different characteristics between us and some of my problems that he didn't try to understand and help me. This is not a characterisic of my friend in my opinion. So a few words from me to him is that "I will find another place to live". I know that was a blunt decision or action i did. Today, trying hard to find a new room is my job. Many responses are " full ". Try again, then, i talked with nice women (house owner) and she said nicely that " Do you want to see the room". What a magic in the late evening call. Relax.......and I think back that if my action is rational or not. Many or all Thai students here always try to live together. But I have to go out and live with British home. My answer is that "this is what i want". Life goes like a flying bird with freedom to go to any tree. My life is already destined for this situation. What I have to do is to go and don't look back like a high egotistical man. Why are man and ego supposed to be stick together? So surprising for your immediate comment after i have added my blog just half an hour. Now it is my bed time but yours is the awakening time. Tomorrow i will go an have a look the room but i think i have left a few choices for choosing. It may be Ok. I am very egotistical man, I know and accept this. I think your waving emotion is a color of your life. It makes you escaping from the boring chore you do every day. Don't be afraid of that. Just think it as the color or flower of your life which makes your life full of meaning. I can comment you in my blog. I think roommate is a big deal ! Most of my American friends always talk about their rommates (both good and bad ways). I agree with you that it's better not to live with Thai. I think it's fun to learn and adjust ourselves to the people who have different culture while living together. You know, ego is in everyone not just only you or someone. It might destroy us like a burglar whenever we are careless. This advice is for both,you and me. Keep thinking about it!
