'Happy New Year' message from FFAF



ขอสวัสดีปีใหม่เพื่อนๆย้อนหลังด้วยนะคะ ไม่ได้อัพบล็อคซะนานเลยเนื่องจากยังไม่มีข่าว FFAF ใหม่ๆออกมาเลยและเราเองก็ยุ่งๆอยู่เช่นกัน วันนี้เลยได้ฤกษ์กลับมาอัพบล็อคอีกครั้งนึง...สังเกตได้ว่าหน้าตาของบล็อคจะเปลี่ยนไปเล็กน้อย :P โอเคเข้าเรื่องกันดีกว่านะคะ ทาง Funeral For A Friend ซึ่งถ้าเราเข้าใจไม่ผิดน่าจะเป็น Ryan ที่ได้โพสข้อความสวัสดีปีใหม่กับแฟนๆ FFAF ในบล็อค MySpace ของพวกเขาไว้ดังนี้ค่ะ

"Happy 2009,

Hope you had a smashing 2008. Ours was enjoyable. New record, new label (our very own), new tall bass player to replace old tall bass player, touring. Lots of good stuff.

We've made some New Year's Resolutions. They include:

Making a new video this week.

Flying to the U, S and A this Sunday.

Having a birthday party in Disneyworld.

Travelling to Australia to play the Soundwave festival and hang out with Dr Karl Kennedy.

Playing Japan in February and buying hot drinks from automated outdoor machinery.

Coming back to the UK in March to release a single and catch up with the Great British Public.

Play lots of outdoor festivals in the Summer with lots of great bands and some bad ones.

Release something quite cool at the end of the year.

Write some new songs.

Possibly release some new songs.

Tour some more.

We promise to stick to our resolutions.

จากข้อความดังกล่าว ปีนี้ FFAF คงจะออกทัวร์เยอะน่าดูเหมือนกัน แต่เขายังไม่ได้พูดถึงการทัวร์ในเอเชียสำหรับประเทศอื่นๆนอกเหนือจากที่ญี่ปุ่นเลย :s ยังไงต้องติดตามข่าวกันต่อไป อยากให้มาเมืองไทยจังเนอะ! นอกจากนั้นพวกเราคงจะได้ดูมิวสิควีดิโอตัวใหม่ของพวกเขากันเร็วๆนี้ (แต่ยังไม่รู้ว่าเป็นเพลงอะไร?!) และถ้าไม่มีอะไรผิดพลาดทาง FFAF คงจะออกดีวีดี documentary เกี่ยวกับการทัวร์คอนเสิร์ตของพวกเขาในปีนี้!

news update:
- สรุปแล้วมิวสิควีดิโอ (+ซิงเกิ้ล) ตัวต่อไปที่ทาง FFAF จะออกมาให้แฟนๆได้ดูกันก็คือเพลง Rules And Games อ้างอิงจากข้อความในบล็อค myspace ของ ffaf ที่ Ryan ได้โพสไว้ล่าสุด และ ryan ยังบอกด้วยว่า มิวสิควีดิโอตัวนี้จะมีพื้นมาจากหนังเรื่องหนึ่งของ Tom Hanks แถมให้แฟนๆทายกันด้วยว่าเป็นหนังเรื่องไหน?! :)

- ทาง FFAF ได้ลงรูปภาพโปรโมตของวงใหม่บนเว็บ myspace ของพวกเขา ซึ่งเพื่อนๆสามารถเข้าไปดูได้ ที่นี่ ค่ะ นอกจากนั้นเพื่อนๆสามารถเข้าไปดูภาพที่พวกเขาถ่ายไว้ในระหว่างการทัวร์ที่อเมริกาอยู่ในช่วงนี้ได้ ที่นี่ เลย
