Ingredients for Homemade Pineapple Ice Cream

200g Frozen Pineapple (7 oz)
20g Sugar (0.7 oz)
50ml Whipping Cream (1.7 fl oz)
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Chill the work bowl of your food processor, and the dessert bowl thoroughly in the refrigerator before making the ice cream.
