Warm greetings everyone! We all know what we're here for so let's get started 

Note: This is based on my personal preference for the design and
votes from the little survey I did from the official DC server and unofficial DC Reddit.

I repeat. The votes are not official, but it does give a sense of
what people mostly think.
 
First off: Common 
 

They may look plain and simple, but they're easy to the eyes and quite beautiful if you take a moment to admire their beauty.

Fifth place: Snowflake Dragon (Tied last place from the community votes)

 

Starting off with Snowflake Dragon.
The colors give off a calming and chilly sensation. The wings design on the adult dragon is very eye-catching.

You'll have to agree that the patterns on the wings are very pretty and a giant snowflake on their head makes them look much more elegant.

Fourth place: Nature Dragon (Top 3 from the community votes)



Next is Nature Dragon, one of the normally seen dragons and starter dragons.
She's beauty and she's grace.

The design looks elegant and the giant wings on her back look very lovely. Don't forget the tiny flower on the end of her tail!

Third place: Equinox Dragon (Second tied place from the community votes)




The moment I set my eyes on this dragon, I knew I had to have them.
The colors blended beautifully and the long thin body serpent is just-

mmmmmmmmmmmm

Very good.

Second place: Butterfly Dragon (Second tied place from the community votes)



Okay, so the colors on this dragon don't clash and create a very beautiful harmony.

This seems apparent when I played dragon city where temple is a thing, hah.
Good old times.
The colors just drew me in and plus, I like butterflies 

First place: Grass Dragon (First place from the community votes)

Ah yes, you won't see this dragon later in the game.
Or you could look through the dragon book, but I doubt you'd be interesting to go through thousands of dragons to look for this particular guy.

The grass themed is an interesting concept and it does make the dragon looks pop!
If you know what I mean.

The color slowly melted into a lighter spectrum or darker, depending on where the grass are. Head or tail?
I just love the melting colors 
 
Second in line: Rare 

This rarity has the most elegant of dragons to choose from! It's a surprise to how many there is, almost as much as Legendary.

This is going to be very hard to choose from.

Fifth place: Moon Dragon (Last place from the community votes)



So not a lot of people choose her in the vote, but I think that she's very pretty.

Maybe it's the fact that she has half-moon on her forehead or the wings.
I like the purple color and some light blue here and there. It's nice

Fourth place: Eurus dragon (Top 4 from the community votes)



Her Autumn vibe design is just amazing. This dragon will first appear when you unlocked the breeding island, so you can try to breed her.

Or you know...check the dragon book.

Her leaves like wings and the colors match so perfectly! It's a shame I couldn't place her in a higher ranking because there're so many lovely dragons to choose from!

Third place: Archangel dragon (Top 3 from the community votes)



Her design is simple, yet elegant. She's rocking her look and those red jewels compliment her very well.

I especially love her poofy feathers. They're so cool to look at.

Second place: Dainty dragon (Second place from the community votes)



The design is simply elegant. All the lovely curls and light colors make the dragon looks extra beautiful.

The wings are very lovely! And the tail design is oooooh.
There's not much to say, simply beautiful.

First place: Mermaid dragon (First place from the community votes)



We all know who's going to be in the first place and not surprising too.

Her design is perfection. The colors don't clash and overall goes well together.
The serpent-like body is a plus to make the dragon looks more elegant.

The only thing that made her look different must be the eyes.
Now that's interesting

Next plate: Very Rare 

This is going to be a bit easier. There's not much I can choose from this rarity.
All I can say is...there're only three dragons that look good (in my opinion)

So let's get on with the show

Fifth place: Mistletoe Dragon (Top 4 from the community votes)



While he might not look elegant, he sure is festive. 

I really like the wings with lovely little designs on them. They really stood apart from other dragons (that I know of)

And the colorssss, don't tell me you don't like the Christmas feel.

Fourth place: Neo-Izumi Dragon (Second place from the community votes)



Her design is lovely like a gangster and elegant from her serpent body.

But she's just not my type, you know? That's why I put her in fourth place. 
However, she's beautiful in her own way.

So I can understand why many people would choose her 

Third place: Bee Dragon (Last place from the community votes)



This is not a very High-def picture, but it'll do for now since it's a newly released dragon.

She's a bee! What more I can say...though I should probably move her to a more adorable section.
The floof neck, she's so cute with the floof.

Second place: Spring Dragon (Second place from the community votes)



Ah yes, the lovely flowers are everywhere. She's just so beautiful!

The wings are flowers. There's a flower crown on her head and flower on her tail.
It's just so lovely 
And the colors look so lively

First place: Slugabed Dragon (First place from the community votes)



Unsurprisingly, Slugabed Dragon has already captured many hearts of the people.

The colors are beautiful and the tail! It's so fluffyyyyy.
Two wings next to its head are just adorable and branch-like horns are even cuter.
 
Next station: Epic 

This rarity also has many wonderful designs, but only a few shall pass.

Fifth place: Gouache Dragon (last place from the community votes)



Not the best image, but I cannot find a better picture. Haha

The colors are lovely, hot pink before slowly blended to orange-yellow. The bud at the end of the tail is also cute, but I especially like the horns on their face.

Fourth place: Sky Queen Dragon (Top 4 from the community votes)



She's simple and elegant. Only two colors two, now that's impressive.
Her posture is beautiful and she looks like a model, haha. 

Third place: Crested Fae Dragon (Top 3 from the community votes)



An ocean-themed dragon and they really nailed the design too.

I absolutely adored the blues and whites with a pet fish right beside them, aww.
The design is sleek, going with the streamline and the glowy feel is a nice touch.

Second place: Frostscale Dragon (Second place from the community votes)



When this dragon was first released, I knew I have to get them.

The cold feeling and the white scales are so beautiful! The frosty feelings are a nice touch. Also, their tiny legs are cute

First place: Dream Dragon (First place from the community votes)



Unsurprising yet again that this dragon would come out on top.

Though the interesting part of this is...I forgot to place this dragon in the vote too, so I thought that she couldn't even catch up to the others.

Oh boy, how wrong I was. The vote skyrocketed and she came out on top.
The light feathery feel of her design is elegant, yet cute.

And the colors are very lovely.

Another scary stop: Legendary 

Hold on, everyone. This is going to be a very bumpy ride!
So many to choose from.

Most of the votes are tied or split into many directions. So phew!

Fifth place: Faust Dragon (Top tied 11 from the community votes)



Their look is strong and the color purple really brings out the dragon design.

Love the pink creamy color mixing in with the bright purple. 
Ahhh, it just looks so nice.

Fourth place: Noble Dragon (Top tied 5 from the community votes)



Oh yes, the fancy pearls on her head are very cool.

The design looks simple, but the colors really make everything looks beautiful.
Her stance is elegant and the colors, yessss.

Third place: Heaven Dragon (Top tied 4 from the community votes)



Sweet greens, the feel to this dragon is so powerful.
Like mother nature, but more...dragon.

The tiny little critters are so cuteeee. 

Second place: Blossom Dragon (Second place from the community votes)



This dragon though, the design is mighty good and the colors blend together beautifully with only light pink/red standing out.

Gotta love the feel to it.

First place: Evanescent Fae Dragon (First place from the community votes)



And yup, you've guessed it. Evanescent Fae has come out on top.
No wonder, there're feathers and sparkly glitters everywhere.

They look oh so fluffy.
