Hard-boiled egg wrapped in the minced pork, coated in Breadcrumbs and deep fried.
Preparation: - 1. Boil the egg. 2. Mix minced pork with salt, pepper, wheat flour, garlic & coriander root. 3. Wrap around the egg with minced pork, coat it into the beaten egg then dip and roll into the breadcrumbs to completely cover. 4. Deep fried.
