Spicy Fish Cake
ทอดมันปลาอินทรีย์
Ingredients:- Spanish Mackerel fillet, Red Curry Paste, Fish Sauce, Beaten Egg, Angle bean (Thinly sliced), Long bean (Thinly sliced), Kaffir lime leave (Cut into thin strips),& Basil leaves.
Method:-
1. Mix the fish fillet, curry paste and egg in the food processer to form a smooth fish paste, mix until well blended.
2. Add in the rest ingredients.
3. Wet ur hands and form the fish paste into the patty. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
4. Garnish with Crispy fried Basil leaves.
